PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card capable of improving a problem with occurrence of skew of data and clock signals by providing the clock signals from a data transferring side, and improving a data transfer speed by increasing a clock frequency, digital equipment, and a method of interfacing these two devices with each other. SOLUTION: This memory card comprises a first clock signal generating means, transfers data read in synchronism with first clock signals generated by itself to a host computer, and write data transferred from the host computer is captured in synchronism with second clock signals supplied from the host computer. The digital equipment captures the read data transferred from the memory card in synchronism with the first clock signals supplied from the memory card, and transfers the write data to the memory card in synchronism with the second clock signals generated from itself.
