PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sorting work, to enhance sorting accuracy, or to shorten detecting time when detecting a characteristic land feature based on an aerial photograph. SOLUTION: In a conversion step a, an aerial photograph of the area is converted into a digital ortho-photo. As an analysis parameter, the resolution of the ortho-photo is most important. In a step 140, the object specific area of the candidate characteristic land feature (a collapsed point) is extracted by the edge extract processing of the luminance of the picture. In a specific area affixing step d, the previously obtained specific area is overlaid on the digital ortho-photo (the basic map picture). In addition, contour lines are added in a composition step e, and thereafter, these pictures are displayed on a computer screen (the whole picture displaying step f). Thus, more efficient and more accurate sorting work, for example a land feature situated on a steep slope can be judged as a collapsed point, can be realized. |
