PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair estimation system that is performed between the user of an electronic equipment including a camera and a service center through a network. SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of this present invention, a camera repair estimation system is provided with a camera for reading information on abnormality corresponding to a portion where an abnormality has occurred in a camera main body from a storing means in accordance with the portion where the abnormality has occurred in the camera main body detected by a detecting means and displaying the information on a displaying means, an information communication terminal for notifying through the network the service center side of the information on the abnormality corresponding to the portion where the abnormality has occurred in the camera main body in the user side of the camera, and a server for reading from a database the repair estimation information of the camera including a coping method and a cost necessary for the repair with respect to the abnormality corresponding to the portion where the abnormality has occurred in the camera main body and notifying the information communication terminal of the user side of the repair estimation information through the network on the service center side. |
