<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent even a part, which is forcibly cooled down, from being brought into contact with a conductive foreign object which enters from the outside. SOLUTION: A projection 10 is provided to the side face of a part 1 equipped with electrodes 5a and 5b, and a groove 14 is provided to an electrode cover 12 so as to be engaged with the projection 10. When the electrode cover 12 is fixed so as to cover the electrodes 5a and 5b, the groove 14 provided to the electrode cover 12 is engaged with the projection 10 provided to the part 1, so that the electrode cover 12 is hardly separated from the part 1 and protects the electrodes 5a and 5b. Even if a conductive foreign object approaches from the outside, the foreign object is prevented from coming into contact with the electrodes 5a and 5b, so that short-circuiting is prevented from occurring. The projection 10 and the groove 14 can be formed in an L shape or in the shape of a bar. When the projection 10 and the groove 14 are formed in a shape of bars arranged in parallel, only a single electrode cover 2 is needed to cope with it that the part 1 even if they vary in the mounting height.</p> |
