摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial magnetic field generating device which can maintain stable magnetic field even when the magnetic field of other artificial magnetic field generating device is switched over and in which evaluation and adjustment of convergence and purity or the like can be made. SOLUTION: This is an artificial magnetic field generating device that comprises correction coils 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b for generating an artificial magnetic field and the power source 3 for supplying DC to each coil in the tube axis, vertical and horizontal directions of the cathode-ray tube 30 provided at the side part of each face of the frame body 2 of cubic and rectangular parallelpiped shape, and comprises a compensating magnetic field generating means 20 that has a compensating coil 21 of square or rectangular shape provided at either edge or at each edge in the tube axis, vertical and horizontal directions of the above frame body 2 and a compensating magnetic field power source 22 that supplies DC to the compensating coil 21 in the corresponding direction synchronized with the fluctuation of the magnetic field occurring in either of each direction and generates a compensating magnetic field for maintaining the artificial magnetic field in that direction.</p>
