PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in gradation adjustment of a display section and to uniformize the gradation after assembling a digital camera. SOLUTION: The adjustment tool 70 of this invention includes a mount section 74 onto which a digital camera 10 the gradation of an LCD panel 52 of which is adjusted is mounted. The digital camera is mounted onto the mount section to allow a reflection mirror 76 is opposed to a lens 16 resulting that a reflection mirror 78 is opposed to an image display face 54 of the LCD panel. Further, reflection mirrors 80, 82 are provided on a base 72, an operator can read an image displayed on the LCD panel by a CCD by using the reflection mirrors, and the operator reads a gradation setting menu displayed on the LCD panel of the digital camera by the CCD so as to set the gradation of the LCD panel to have a prescribed gradation.
