PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent offenders from resorting to illegal means to gain money for profit, with crimes recurring wherein cash delivery cases are forcibly stolen from cash delivery vans in operation for financial institutions. SOLUTION: In this system wherein a radio transmitter is installed aboard the delivery van, a radio receiver and a dye applicator are accommodated in the cash delivery case, and the dye is sprayed on the bills inside the case when the case moves out of the radio service area, the transmitter is installed for cash delivery and kept turned on during the delivery service. When the case in this state moves out of the radio service area, the receiver in the case senses the move and starts the applicator to spray the dye on the bills for them to turn unusable. A manually operated application button for emergency use also activates the applicator.
