PURPOSE: A monitor screen concealing device is provided to coat an opaque isolation film on a screen panel of a monitor or a TV. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an opaque screen isolation film(10) and an optical penetration member(20). The opaque screen isolation film(10) is coated on a front face of the monitor panel. The optical penetration member(20) includes a flexible support(21) and an optical penetration filter(22). One end of the flexible support(21) is attached at a proper position near a front face of the screen panel, and the other end is connected to the optical penetration filter(22). The optical penetration filter(22) enables a user to see through the opaque screen isolation film(10), and to browse contents concealed by the film(10).
