PURPOSE: Provided is a helmet with a flickering lamp which is synchronous to a driving body which works the flickering lamp of the helmet in a wired or wireless way by the same signal as the driving body so that it prevents bump accidents caused by low outlook. CONSTITUTION: The helmet with the flickering lamp which is synchronous to the driving body comprises the parts of: the driving body(100) which consists of a control switch(120) to select a signal for a signal lamp, a transmitter(140) to transmit the signal of the signal lamp and a buzzer(160) to ring alert sound when users don't wear the helmet; and the helmet(200) in which a receiver(220) receives the signal of the signal lamp, a control switch(240) permits the appropriate signal to the servomotor(280), a battery(260) supplies power to the servomotor, a flicker(300) is worked as the servomotor drives and the flickering lamp(320,340,360) is automatically flickered as the flicker works.
