ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided, to enable the thickness of the film to be controlled and the film to be electrically conductive by employing a conductive particle of specific composition. CONSTITUTION: The anisotropic conductive film comprises an insulating adhesive; and a conductive particle(3). The conductive particle(3) comprises a hard particle(10) comprising a metal particle, an alloy particle or a polymer particle; a first coating layer(20) which surrounds the hard particle(10) and is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene or acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer; a second coating layer(30) which surrounds the first coating layer(20) and is a plated or sputtered Au/Ni layer; and a third coating layer(40) which surrounds the second coating layer(30) and is made of a thermoplastic resin.
