PURPOSE: A pipe unit of a concrete water tank is provided to avoid the occurrence of leakage around the pipe unit equipped with a pipe and the introduction of contaminants generated from the outside of the concrete water tank. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(310) is installed so as to penetrate a wall(110) forming a concrete water tank(100) and a polyethylene sheet(200). A mounting groove(111) is interpolated into an inner side face of the wall(110) of the concrete water tank(100). A flange portion(311) to be inserted into the mounting groove(111) is formed at one end of the pipe(310). To the flange portion(311) of the pipe(310), an adaptor flange(400) installed with one side face contacted to the polyethylene sheet(200) is engaged by a bolt(500).
