PURPOSE: A heater for rear passenger's seats of a bus is provided to improve heating performance for the rear passengers' seats without a blowing unit or an extending duct to an upper side of an engine compartment. CONSTITUTION: A heater includes a heat exchange part(20) placed on a floor on both of side bottoms of rear passenger's seats of a bus, and allowing heat exchange of passing air using coolant heated in an engine; an air discharging cover(30) covering the heat exchange part, and having a warm air outlet(32) formed on an indoor side thereof, and a warm air discharging grill(34) installed on the warm air outlet; an outside air suction port(40) formed on a chassis on a lower side of the passengers' seats for introducing outside air in a natural way, and an outside air suction grill(42) detachably installed thereon; and a filter unit(50) installed on an inside of the outside air suction grill. The heat exchange part comprises a heater pipe(22) in which coolant distributed from the engine and heated in the engine flows; and a plurality of fins attached on a surface of the heater pipe for heat exchange.
