PURPOSE: A buckle assembly for a safety belt device and method for manufacturing a frame is provided to prevent a tongue from coming out even in a car crash. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) is a concave shape steel. A locking unit(20) is rotatably mounted with the frame, and is coupled with a fixing groove in a tongue. A support plate(30) is slidably installed at the locking unit, and keeps a latch in the locking unit fixed on the fixing groove. A release button(40) is slidably installed in the frame, and releases the latch from the fixing groove. An ejector is slidably installed at the frame, and pushes the tongue forward when a buckle assembly is released.
