PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the tracking operation with higher speed while providing a light outgoing opening which is hardly to be damaged and very small in size with high accuracy and high reproducibility. SOLUTION: A microlens 4 formed with the same material as that of a substrate 2 is provided on the surface confronted with a protruding part 3 having a tapered off surface on the outside wall and a slander light outgoing part 5 on the tip part while being formed with the same material as that of the substrate 2 formed with a material of high refractive index, and the incident light on the microlens is prevented from being reflected at the border between the microlens 4 and the substrate 2, then the incident light is effectively used. This incident light is converged to the light outgoing part 5 by the microlens 4 to realize a very small light spot on the light outgoing part.
