<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid for oil-immersed solenoid-operated valve that does not have lowered magnetic force, can be assembled easily, and has superior magnetic characteristics, without requiring the finish of a hollow material by mechanical working for removing the rising sections of welds, when both ends of the hollow material is respectively welded to a closing section and a fixed iron core. SOLUTION: An outside diameter d1 of the fixed iron core 3 is adjusted, so that the core 3 can be fit tightly in a coil 6 and an outside diameter d2 of the hollow material 1 on the fixed iron core 3 side is made smaller than the inside diameter of the coil 6, so that clearance is provided in between the material 1 and coil 6. Therefore, the coil 6 can be inserted, by avoiding the rising sections of the welds between the outer peripheries of the core 3 and material 1. An outside diameter d3 of the closing body 2 is made smaller than the d2 of the hollow material 1 and the diameter of the end section of the material 1 on the closing body 2 side is reduced, so that the end section is welded to the diameter-reduced closing body 2.</p> |
