PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a radiation characteristic much better and the adjustment width of a resonance frequency wider than those of a conventional slot loop antenna and to realize a resonance characteristic making it possible to switch between a single-frequency antenna and a common antenna for two-frequencies. SOLUTION: An antenna is structured by constituting a loop on one surface of a high-frequency substrate by using coplanar lines, arranging a fine loop for excitation on the other surface, and magnetically coupling both with each other and has a gap with a short-circuiting wire made of a conductor on the loop composed of the coplanar lines symmetrical with respect to an excitation point.
