PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which obtains nearly the same effect as originally necessary light by providing a light source except for a place where the light source is needed. SOLUTION: The light source is provided in a guide cylinder and the luminous flux from the light source is emitted in a target direction by the guide cylinder and a converging device. In this case, a reflecting plate is fitted behind the light source to reflect light leaking to the rear side of the light source toward the guide cylinder and a convex lens for light convergence is installed in front of the light source to guide luminous flux with better efficiency in the target direction. In this guide cylinder, a reflecting mirror plate having good reflection efficiency is provided to prevent the luminous flux emitted by the light source from deteriorating. Then the luminous flux is guided through an intermediate guide cylinder, etc., to the target direction which is not coupled directly with the light source and the guided luminous flux impinges on a multidirectional reflecting mirror device, so that it is reflected and distributed to places where the light is needed.
