SQUID SENSOR USING REFRIGERATING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A SQUID(Superconducting QUantum Interference Device) sensor using a refrigerating machine is provided to improve the driving performance and offset the magnetic field by using the refrigerating machine. CONSTITUTION: A SQUID sensor portion(200) is formed with a feedback coil for generating the magnetic field of a SQUID and the magnetic field around the SQUID. An auxiliary magnetic sensor portion(400) is formed with a low-priced sensor. A sensor reading portion(300) reads a SQUID signal by operating the SQUID sensor portion(200) and the auxiliary magnetic sensor portion(400) and supplies the offset magnetic field to the SQUID sensor portion(200) through a feedback coil. A refrigerating portion maintains the SQUID sensor portion(200) in the low temperature. The sensor reading portion(300) is formed with an FLL(Full-Locked-Loop).
