SOLUTION: An electronic project management system is provided with a step 30 of specifying one or more project required conditions, a step 40 of preparing a project strategy, a step 50 of determining a time schedule on the basis of the project strategy, a step 60 of specifying and obtaining one or more project phases of the project, a step 70 of integrating the one or more phases with the time schedule and a step 80 of carrying out the time schedule. |
