<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system provided with a nonvolatile semiconductor memory being electrically erasable of which memory control can be simply performed and which is easy to use. SOLUTION: A system is constituted of a nonvolatile semiconductor memory having a write mode function writing information in a memory cell, a read-out mode function reading out information of the memory cell, an erasure function performing erasure operation applying voltage for keeping threshold voltage of the memory cell within the prescribed range and verity-operation reading out a state of threshold voltage of the memory cell, and a data poling mode function outputting a state of verify-operation in the erasure mode to the out side, and a processor.</p> |
