PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image quality of an intermediate frame in an application for generating the intermediate frame from a key frame with interpolation. SOLUTION: An image inputting part 12 inputs the data of the key frame, and a matching processor 16 calculates corresponding point information between the data. An intermediate image generating part 18 generates an intermediate frame from the key frame and the corresponding point information. When a user feels a problem about the image quality of the generated intermediate frame, the user inputs the effect to an instruction acquiring part 104. An instruction is transmitted to a registering part 26, and a real intermediate frame included in the original moving image is registered in a frame storing part 102 as a new key frame.
