SOLUTION: It is so structured that an average of cross section are of a conductor 16 fitted to either end of a cable 15 connecting terminals 13a, 13b which can be connected to either terminal with its connecting channel formed between chassis grounds fitted to audio devices, of which a grounding level of signal circuits are grounding points connected to respective chassis, is larger than 1 mm<2> .
