PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser module that can stabilize the oscillation wavelength of a laser diode and can be suppressed in power consumption. SOLUTION: In a package 26, a thermo module 5 and one or more elements to be cooled each of which includes the laser diode 3 mounted on the thermo module 5 and cooled by means of the module 5 are housed. The heat directly transferred from the package 26 to the elements to be cooled is reduced by covering the elements with a heat shielding member 8 provided in a state where the member 8 does not directly come into contact spatially with the package 26. |
