PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel customer control system for imparting a merit to a customer side, a store side, a public service accommodation and the like, and an article storage body using the system. SOLUTION: The customer brings the article storage body having an authentication part such as a bar code display part and an IC attaching part and uses it to put a purchased article therein for going back, the store side reads an authentication data from the authentication part via a POS register device, an IC reader-writer or the like, records the data in a software of a computer, operates the computer according to a prescribed procedure based on the authentication data, thereby acquires a restoration data for point service, prize service and the like to restore the point service, the prize service and the like to the customer based thereon. |
