PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction cost negotiating method and an estimation cost presenting method capable of taking a proper cost for efficiency decrease into consideration of a transaction cost by providing a method for quantitatively estimating in advance the generation rate of defectives within a manufacturing process resulting from product specifications and using the generation rate. SOLUTION: A manufacturing cost estimation calculation program evaluates the generation rate of defectives within the manufacturing process on the basis of product specification information and manufacturing condition information and can perform manufacturing cost estimation that takes into consideration an increase in costs due to defective occurrence on the basis of the generation rate, so that the manufacturing cost estimation calculation program can be used in estimating a cost and negotiating the cost. Since manufacturing cost estimation that takes into consideration a lost cost due to defective occurrence within the manufacturing process resulting from the product specifications can be quickly conducted on the basis of a physical reason and a quantitative reason by using the program, the program can be used as an estimation tool and a cost reduction estimation and cost decision support tool as cost negotiation between an ordering side and an order receiving side so that cost negotiation and decision can be appropriately, reasonably and efficiently carried out. |
