PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loan contract method enabling an application for a loan while being home or from the outside arbitrarily without going to a counter of a loan company to make a face-to-face application or operating an automatic contract machine. SOLUTION: A homepage of the loan operated by a server 11 is accessed from a personal computer 14 at home or a portable telephone 15 through the Internet 10 and the application is made. Then, information of the application is distributed from the server 11 to the loan company and the loan company performs an investigation for credit, calculates a financing limit and presents financing conditions. Thus, whether or not to conclude a contract is judged on the basis of the conditions. In the case that a contract is established, a financing amount is transferred to an account of a customer. Thus, the customer can withdraw the amount at an optional financial institution. |
