SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pet information colleting part 29 for collecting pieces of pet information regarding pets 14-1 to 14-n to be raised by owners 12-1 to 12-n from owner terminals 4-1 to 4-n, member exclusive page creating parts 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 for creating pages 102-1 to 102-n exclusive for members based on the pieces of pet information, a member exclusive page data base 23 for recording the pages 102-1 to 102-n exclusive for members by associating them with IDs and a pet site 27 for opening the pages 102-1 to 102-n exclusive for the members on the Internet 2. The pet site 27 discloses the pages 102-1 to 102-n corresponding to the IDs only to the owner terminals 4-1 to 4-n to which the IDs are transmitted by the member-exclusive page data base 23. |
