PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a system failure caused by lowering of an effective record rate in the system than the rate of write data. SOLUTION: This recording apparatus includes a memory part 11 having a data are for writing data, and a management area for writing the management information on data written in the data area, and a memory control part 14 for controlling the operation of the memory part. The recording apparatus is provided with a control means 15 for directing writing of the next data without directing rewriting of the same data in the case of a write error in the data area, and directing rewriting of the same data in the case of a write error in the management area, whereby the effective record rate is avoided from being lowered than the rate of write data. |
