PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide conductor film formed simply at a low temperature and having a high energy converting efficiency and also an organic dye sensitized solar cell equipped with such a conductor film. SOLUTION: The organic dye sensitized metal oxide semiconductor electrode 3 is composed of a base board 1 having a transparent electrode 2 on its surface, metal oxide semiconductor film formed on the transparent electrode and organic pigment adsorbed to the surface of the semiconductor film, wherein the semiconductor film is formed through the gas-form film forming method in such a way that the arithmetic mean of the surface roughness Ra is over 2 nm while the rate of voids is over 25%, and using this semiconductor electrode, the intended solar cell is completed. |
