PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows guiding each car in a parking lot using a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A parking lot management system comprises a receiving means which receives an ID sent from a mobile terminal, a storage means which searches a vacant parking space from a parking lot table, and records the ID which is linked with the vacant parking space in the parking lot table, a transmitting means which sends guiding information of the vacant parking space to the mobile terminal, and an information means which receives the ID from the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is in a certain range from the vacant parking space, and informs that the vacant parking space is the space for the user when the ID agrees with the ID linked with the vacant parking space.
