<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial accounting system provided with a journalizing data synchronizing function for correcting, changing, transmitting and receiving journalizing data mutually between an accounting firm and a client and controlling inconsistency of the journalizing data accompanying mutual correction and changes. SOLUTION: The financial accounting system is constituted of a central job processing controller 11 executing a financial accounting job processing means and a data base unit 12. The central job processing control part 11 is provided with an identification/priority right setting means 11a for setting an identification code 12c and a priority right flag 12b of the system to the systems of each other, a synchronizing number generation means 11b-1 for generating a synchronizing management number linked with a journalizing input means 11b and numbering the journalizing data, a state flag setting means 11b-2 for setting a synchronizing state flag at the time of the change of new registration, correction and deletion of the journalizing data, a transmission data extraction/transmission file generation means 11c for extracting the journalizing data to be transmitted and generating a file for transmission, a transmission means 11d for transmitting the transmission file to an opposite party system, and a received journalizing data judgement and registration means 11b-3 for reading the received transmission file and receiving the journalizing data.</p> |
