<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for evaluating IT environment capable of totally evaluating the IT environment from the viewpoint of a user's request, the constitution of the system and the structure of a building, etc. SOLUTION: This evaluation system and an evaluation method evaluate an information system, etc., to be constructed in an office building by using a computer, are provided with a question data base in which questions and alternatives addressed to a building manager, a system user and a system manager are stored and a totaling means of answers to the questions, the totaling means integrates a weighting coefficient indicating degrees of importance of evaluation items and an influence frequency indicating degrees of influence of the alternatives provided as the answers to the questions for the respective answerers and totals for the respective items.</p> |
