PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk, in which data can be surely prevented from being illegally copied and reproduced. SOLUTION: A ROM disk 100 is provided with a data area in which data to be reproduced are recorded, and a PEP area in which information required for reproducing the data recorded in the data area is recorded with band-like pit streams. Besides, in the area of the recordable recording optical disk corresponding to the PEP area on the ROM disk, a signal for disturbing recording of the band-like pit streams is recorded. |
