PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the need of using a tool by connecting a battery connection terminal to a battery post only by twisting an insulation cap and to provide strong connection force. SOLUTION: The battery connection terminal 13 is provided with a male screw part 16b in the circumference of a cylindrical contact 16 having a cylinder hole 16a for inserting the battery post 12, and the cylinder hole center C2 is decentered by (h) with respect to the center C1 of the screw part 16b. An insulation cap 14 is provided with a female screw part 23a screwed to the screw part 16b and a cylindrical recessed part 23b formed on the upper position of the screw part 23a, and the center C3 of the recessed part 23b is decentered with respect to the center C1 of the female screw part. Only by twisting the insulation cap 14, the connection terminal 13 can be connected to the battery post 12. When the insulation cap 14 is turned, the decentered recessed part 23b strongly presses the circumferential surface of the battery post 12 in the similarly decentered cylinder hole 16a in a form biting into it, so that the connection terminal 13 (cylindrical contact 16) can firmly be connected to the battery post 12.
