PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet rotor capable of improving efficiency by evenly magnetizing magnetic poles. SOLUTION: This permanent magnet rotor is fitted with a plurality of magnetic poles 13 formed out of permanent magnets in cut section 12a of yoke sections 12 through prescribed clearance on the outer peripheries of the yoke sections 12. In this rotor, each of the magnetic poles 13 is fitted on the outer periphery and constituted of a central layer 13a which is stuck on the outer periphery of the yoke section 12 and of which the outer periphery is formed into an arc shape, and an end layer 13b which is integrally stuck on both ends of the central layer 13a in its axis direction and formed out of a magnetic material with lower holding power than that of the central layer 13a.
