PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image productive condition adequate for correct monitoring adjustment and correct image adjustment, by solving a problem of difficulty of image adjustment for realizing an adequate condition after determining whether the image is taken correctly or not in a current situation as well as the monitoring in a current situation, in which determination for good or no-good of take-in image and adequate adjustment of the image can be carried out by comparing a monitoring image and an original plate of positive manuscript, but the characteristic of monitor hardly agrees with an illumination condition (illumination and color temperature) by the adjustment of the monitor. SOLUTION: A digital reference image with the same characteristics as the visual permeability reference of white, gray, and black is called out on a monitoring screen, and the visual permeability reference is arranged in the adjoining position so that the monitor can be adjusted in an adequate condition. In addition, the characteristics are brought together in agreement with an outer illumination condition, the take-in image can be adjusted by looking at the original plate of permeability positive manuscript at a position on a white space of the monitor.
