PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generating device of which, alignment of X-ray tube and insulation against high voltage can be easily carried out. SOLUTION: A screw through hole 412 and pin through holes 414, corresponding to a screw hole at the end surface of a base part of the X-ray tube and a plurality of pin holes respectively, are formed to an abutting surface of a bracket 400 to which, an end surface of a base part 310 of the X-ray tube is abutted. The X-ray tube is mounted to the bracket by a screw 512 and a plurality of pins 514 which are inserted from bracket side to a screws hole and a plurality of pin holes of the X-ray tube through those screw through hole and pin through holes. The bracket made of FR4 is formed integrally.
