PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape used for storing and sealing small electronic components in an embossed carrier tape with pockets for storing and sealing small electronic components fitted in succession, especially, a transparent conductive one both with excellent antistatic characteristics and transparency. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive cover tape is a cover tape 11 which can be sealed in an embossed carrier tape equipped with pockets in succession for storing small electronic components or the like, at least consisting of three layers of base material film 12, an antistatic layer 13, and a sealing layer 14, of which the antistatic layer is composed of antistatic agent with conductive fillers dispersed in binder resin.
