PURPOSE: Provided is an instrument for operating double-edge eyelid which flows suture yarn in and out simultaneously without turning over the eyelid so that it quickens operation time without swelling. CONSTITUTION: The instrument for operating double-edge eyelid comprises the parts of: a first arm(600) in which an outer operation part(620) is placed at skin of the eyelid in operating the eyelid; a second arm(700) in which an inner operation part(720) is placed at conjunctiva of the eyelid in operating the eyelid; a combination tool which combines the first and the second arm; a working tool for the operation part which moves and works the outer and the inner operation part; one groove(722) which is placed at the inner operation part to fix one suture needle; one hole(622) which is placed at the outer operation part to pass the suture needle; and a transfer tool for the suture needle(800) which moves the suture needle of the inner operation part to the end of the operation part.
