There is provided a system to classify messages sent over a network comprising a means by which to prepare an outgoing message; a means by which to receive an incoming message; a means of posting the outgoing message; a means of classifying the incoming message and posting an outgoing reply message utilizing a single command; a searchable database to store the messages according to their classification and a means to retrieve the messages. The outgoing message can also be classified and posted utilizing a single command.
