PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively administrate and activate the privilege point service by easily, efficiently and surely managing the accumulation and utilization of the privilege point. SOLUTION: The ID information mentioned on a receipt issued by a shop 101 and received by a user 100 is inputted from a user terminal device 103, and transmitted to a point server 105 through the network 106. The point server 105 request the sales information of the shop on the basis of the received receipt ID information to a POS server 104. The POS server 104 receives the sales information from the shop 101 and accumulates the privilege point information. The POS server 104 transmits the privilege point information on the basis of the request from the point server 105. Then the point server 105 adds (integrate) the received privilege point information to the present privilege point accumulated by the user 100.
