SOLUTION: A person is urged to input needs information to a company member terminal 2, the inputted needs information is received and stored in a readable state, and a list of the needs information is displayed on an individual member terminal 3 to make the individual read the list. The individual is urged to input seeds information, the inputted seeds information is received and stored in a readable state, a list of the seeds information is displayed on the company member terminal 2 to make the company person read the list, the company person is urged to input adoption decision information of the seeds information, and the inputted adoption decision information is received and stored. Matching information between the needs information and the seeds information related to the adoption decision is outputted to an expert terminal 4 operated by an expert such as a patent lawyer and a lawyer on the basis of the adoption decision information. Therefore, an individual member can develop seeds matched to the prepresented needs information of the company, and the expert is concerned with matching so that both the company and the individual can be at ease. |
