PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project management system visually expressing progress conditions of a project. SOLUTION: The project management system is provided with a document management data base for managing a reference document to be referred to when carrying out the project and a prepared output document, and a project information management data base for registering the empty substance of the output document to be prepared in each process of the project to the document management data base when scheduling the project, registering link information to the registered empty substance and the reference document while relating the link information to the process and managing the progress conditions of the project. In such a project management system, a process name, a title bar matched with a length of a schedule of the process and a progress bar indicating the progress conditions of the process are displayed in correspondence for each process and the personnel required for the process and the progress conditions that the personnel is in charge of are visually recognized. |
