PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which removes the distortion of reproduced transmission data and to remove phase noise in a low frequency from a sampling clock signal. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a local clock generation means 111 for generating a first clock signal, a phase oscillation means 112 for oscillating the phase of the first clock signal, a time information generation means 14 for counting the pulse of the first clock signal to generate first time information, a data reception means 15 for receiving transmission data and second time information showing the sampling timing of the transmission data from a transmission line, a time information comparing means 16 which compares first time information with second time information and generates a second clock signal showing the coincidence and discrepancy of time, and a phase synchronization means 17 which generates a third clock signal whose phase synchronizes with the second clock signal and from which phase noise is eliminated. |
