PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order-in-waiting informing system to call a user's name independently of a place where the user is. SOLUTION: The order-in-waiting informing system 1 for informing the user awaiting its turn to receive a service about it that its turn is approaching, is provided with: a position information acquisition section 112 that acquires position information D1 denoting a current place of the user in a prescribed timing; a scheduled time calculation section 107 that obtains a notice time to inform the user about its approaching turn on the basis of a moving time required for the user to move from a current place denoted by the position information D1 to a service providing place and a schedule time D6 when the user's turn comes every time the position D1 is acquired; and a patient call section 113 that informs the user about its approaching turn when the current time reaches a newest notice time obtained by the scheduled time calculation section 107.
