PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-output switching regulator at a low cost which is suitable for a copying machine and a printer, and superior in energy saving property. SOLUTION: When a standby state selecting signal comes from a process control unit of a copying machine which is not shown in figure, a selecting means 51 is switched over so as to select an output Vo2 on an N22 winding side which is a power source for control necessary to be always supplied. When a printing state selecting signal comes from the process control unit, the selecting means 51 is switched over so as to select an output Vo1 on the N21 winding side of a power source for operating mechatronics and/or a high voltage.
