PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a series of hypoid geared motors which can meet the requests of users reasonably and delicately. SOLUTION: In order to provide a series of hypoid geared motors GM, a plurality of types of hypoid pinions 13 are prepared and, by providing a motor cover 22 on an end of a motor frame 21 on the side of a gear box 1 independently from the gear box 1, the gear box 1 can be separated from a motor M while the hypoid pinion 13 is left on a motor shaft 24 side. A plurality of reduction ratios, a from a low reduction ratio of a high reduction ratio, are provided for the respective frame numbers of the series and, further, the motors M having identical capacities can be connected with the gear boxe 1 having identical reduction ratios with the different frame number of the series.
