PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board which does not require mounting of a capacitor for bypassing noise component. SOLUTION: A wiring board 1 comprises at least a power source line 3 and a ground line 4 on the surface of a flexible base material 2. The power source line 3 and the ground line 4 are laminated each other at a mounting part A of IC 7, with a ferroelectrics layer 8 formed between the power source line 3 and the ground line 4. Due to this configuration, the noise components released from electronic components to a power source line are reduced without mounting a capacitor of discreet type on a wiring board.
