PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network apparatus capable of transferring data from a server without imposing an excess load on a network when a state of communication quality of a mobile information terminal is bad. SOLUTION: The network apparatus 20 is provided with: a state confirmation means 202 that confirms a communication state of the mobile information terminal from a base station or a base station management device containing the mobile information terminal; a communication discrimination means 203 that discriminates whether or not communication between the mobile information terminal and the network apparatus 20 is to be connected on the basis of the communication state when recognizing the mobile information terminal requesting a server on an external network to transmit data of a large capacity; a communication disconnection means 204 that disconnects the communication between the mobile information terminal and the network apparatus 20 when the communication state is defective; a data storage means 205 that stores data sent from the server to the mobile information terminal; and a data transmission means 207 that transmits the stored data to the mobile information terminal in response to a re-transmission request from the mobile information terminal whose communication state becomes excellent.
