PURPOSE: A bottle emptying device is provided to maximize bottle emptying efficiency of a pot bottle for growing mushroom using blades and brushes having the same rotary direction. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a container(70) containing a plurality of pot bottles for growing mushroom; a first rotary unit for turning over the container by rotation at 180 degrees; a plurality of blades(68) for removing residuals in the pot bottles; a first gear driving unit(60a) for rotating the pot bottles in the same direction; a first power source for lifting or dropping the first gear driving unit; a plurality of brushes(62) for removing residuals in the pot bottle; a second gear driving unit(60b) for rotating the brushes in the same direction; a second power source for lifting or dropping the second gear driving unit; a second rotary unit for turning over the container by rotation at 180 degrees; a container feeding member for feeding the container so as to be located at one of the blades and brushes; and a fixing member for fixing the container located at one of the blades and brushes.
